These Terms govern your use of SellerQI. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

1. The service

SellerQI is a diagnostic platform that scans your Amazon account, surfaces issues ranked by revenue impact, and provides AI assistance through QMate. SellerQI is a diagnostic layer: it reads your account and recommends actions. It does not make changes to your account on your behalf.

2. Accounts & eligibility

You must provide accurate signup information and are responsible for activity under your account. You must have the authority to connect any Amazon account you link to SellerQI.

3. Free trial & billing

  • The free trial lasts 7 days and a credit card is required at signup.
  • You will not be charged until the trial ends. If you do not cancel before then, your selected plan begins and your card is charged.
  • You can cancel at any time. Pricing is shown at our pricing page.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to access it in unauthorised ways, or use it to violate Amazon's policies or any applicable law.

5. Data & Amazon access

Your use of SellerQI's connection to Amazon is also governed by Amazon's API terms. SellerQI accesses your account read-only through official Amazon APIs. See our Privacy Policy for details.

6. Disclaimers

SellerQI provides estimates and recommendations to help you make decisions. Reimbursement amounts, revenue-impact figures, and similar outputs are estimates; Amazon makes final decisions on reimbursements and policy actions. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SellerQI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any lost profits or revenue arising from your use of the service.

8. Changes & termination

We may update these Terms or the service over time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may cancel at any time.
