How it works
How often does SellerQI scan my Amazon account?
Every 24 hours across listings, PPC, account health, reimbursements, and keyword performance. You also receive an alert email every other day for urgent items: buy box loss, negative reviews, content changes, and inventory alerts.
How long does the initial setup and first scan take?
Connecting your account takes a few minutes via Amazon's Selling Partner API. The first full diagnostic scan runs in 60 minutes to 2–3 hours depending on your account size and number of ASINs.
How does SellerQI decide which issues to show first?
Every issue is ranked by estimated revenue impact — what it's costing you per month or what you stand to recover. The highest-impact issues appear at the top so you always know where to focus.

How do I connect my Amazon account?
You authorise SellerQI through Amazon's official Selling Partner API. It takes a few minutes — no passwords are shared, and access is read-only.
Is my account data secure?
Yes. SellerQI connects through Amazon's official API with read-only access. We never store your Amazon credentials and we never write to your account without you initiating the action.
Does SellerQI make any changes to my account?
No. SellerQI is a diagnostic layer. It reads your account, finds issues, and tells you what to fix. Every action stays in your hands — we never edit listings, campaigns, or settings on your behalf.
Can I connect multiple Amazon accounts?
Yes. You can connect multiple seller accounts, which is how most agencies use SellerQI. Talk to us about multi-account setups.
What happens after the 7-day free trial ends?
Your card is charged for the plan you selected and monitoring continues uninterrupted. You can cancel any time before the trial ends and you won't be charged.

How is QMate different from Amazon's Seller Assistant?
Amazon's assistant gives general, policy-level guidance. QMate answers using your actual account data — your ASINs, campaigns, and history — and is available on WhatsApp so you can ask without opening a dashboard.
Can SellerQI track competitor pricing?
Competitor tracking is on our roadmap and not yet live. We only describe features that work today, so we won't promise it before it ships.
Does SellerQI work for Vendor Central accounts?
SellerQI is built for Seller Central (3P) accounts across every Amazon marketplace worldwide. Vendor Central support is not available today.
How accurate are the reimbursement estimates?
Reimbursement totals are based on your real transaction history over an 18-month lookback. Each case is surfaced with its claim type and amount so you can verify and file directly through Seller Central. Amazon makes the final approval decision.
How does SellerQI rank issues by revenue impact?
Each issue is scored by its estimated monthly cost or recoverable amount — wasted ad spend, lost buy box revenue, unclaimed reimbursements, missed keyword traffic — so the most expensive problems surface first.
