Digital products

The SellerQI diagnostic tool is free to use, so there is nothing to refund on the tool itself. This policy applies to our optional done-for-you services, which are quoted and paid per job. See Services and Pricing.

We issue refunds for digital products within 7 days of the original purchase of the product.

We recommend contacting us for assistance if you are not satisfied with the work done on your website or Amazon seller account.
